New year, new beginnings! This year has already started off very hectic for me. I'm a bit behind with my blog posts due to the fact that I moved into my new place which slowed me down a bit. Since now I'm all settled in I can focus on my blog and moving forward. Nothing much really for me to talk about for the month of January my income is down some which I expected it due to the high traffic holiday season being over. Regardless, I'm still proud of how much money I made. I'm going to go right into my totals for January. My January Totals:

Sorry for the lateness of this post, I just got back from my vacation and now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I told myself that while I'm on vacation I'm not going to worry about my blogs and just enjoy myself and I'm very glad I did, I needed that break! My vacation was fun but now I'm ready to get 2015 started! 2014 was one of the best year ever for me! I had a lot of growth, became a business owner, able to hire a assistant, hire freelancers, and working with top brands! I'm very proud of my accomplishments and I look forward to what 2015 has for me! This post will show you my December totals as well as 2014 year totals. Let's get started! Busy was an understatement how it was for me last month! Traveling and having deadlines kept me real busy in November. It has gotten to a point that I hired a full time virtual assistant to help me with my social media sharing needs so I can concentrate on other work and also give me a break so I can have time to rest and spend more time with my family. Investing in a virtual assistant was the best decision I've ever made and I should have hired one a lot sooner. Since having one I noticed my income has really started to grow and I'm very pleased with my investment. So now I have paid freelance writers on hand when I need them, a full time virtual assistant, and a accountant/bookkeeper. I would say I spend like $500 a month to run my business which is not bad at all. November went surprisingly well considering with the holidays my traffic starts to slow down but since I focused on doing a holiday gift guide it helped keep my traffic flowing and get traffic with different keywords instead of my regular keywords I rank with my blog (Product Review Mom). Sometimes you have to step out of the box and do other things on your blog to get new traffic and readers from other niches. Last month is my highest earnings to date and I'm very proud of my totals! Here are my November earnings: October sure was a fun month for me! My family and I celebrated my oldest daughter's birthday in Savannah, GA, and I did my first ever in person interview of Miguel Dakota, a finalist from the show America's Got Talent! I'm happy that I was able to face my fears and start doing interviews for my Product Review Mom blog. I knew the day would come when I needed to start but I didn't know it would happen so soon. America's Got Talent PR company contacted me to see if I would like to do an interview of Miguel since their tour stop would be in Atlanta. I was hesitant at first but then I thought this is on my bucket list so why not get it done and learn how conducting interviews works. I think I did a pretty good job considering it was my first time. But next time I'll need to use a voice recorder to make things easier so I don't have to email the PR person the questions I have asked him during the in-person interview. Anywho...here are my totals for October: September was a pretty fun month for me. I celebrated my birthday, went to my first blog conference, and did some pretty fun stuff with my girls. I've still been pretty busy focusing on my blog and trying to take it to the next level. Someone asked everyone in a Facebook group I'm in where do we see ourselves with our blogs in the next 5 years and to be honest, I'm unsure about myself. I would like to have a staff next year, if possible, so I could focus more on writing and spending more time with my family. But for the time being, I like having freelance writers on hand when I need them. I must say, being a blogger without having hired help will not bring you far in your blogging career. You'll eventually burnout and quit. Just think, why does jobs hire employees? The owner can't do it all on their own. Just food for thought. With me hiring help it's really starting to show in my income I'm earning each month. You just got to be wise what you invest in. There has been times when I invested in something and it turned out to be a bust but it was a learning experience. Now, time for my September total, drum roll please........ Hey everyone! Another month that flew by so quickly! August was a busy month for me when it comes to attending events and my daughters starting school. I started becoming very overwhelmed that I contacted my blog buddy and blog partner Victoria from Young Work at Home Moms and Giveaways 4 Mom for her freelance writers services. This really helped out a lot to free up my time since I work full time and blog full time. Investing in your blog is important if you want to grow it into a full time career and I knew I'll need to start going this route someday and since I have the money it was time to start putting more money into my business. August was another amazing month for me money wise! I just can't believe how much my income has grown over the years! I continue to work hard so I could be able to spend more time with my girls and travel like I've always dreamed of doing. Here are my August totals: Hey everyone! Have you been enjoying your summer? I have! It has been one busy summer for me filled with vacation travel, attending events, and non stop fun with my girls. Now I'm getting prepared for my girls to go back to school next week and my life is going to be hectic dealing with my full time job, working on my blog and dealing with clients, events, helping with school work, after school activities, traveling trips coming up at the end of the year, and so on. Boy, I feel like I'm going 100 miles an hour with no slow down in site! But hey, I'm enjoying every minute of it so no complaints here. July was the most successful month in earnings for me to date! I just can't believe how much I'm making with my blogs- it is truly amazing! Without having a supportive family by my side and God leading me to the right path, I wouldn't be where I'm at today. I am truly blessed! Here are my July earnings: We are now officially in the middle of the year! I'm telling ya, this year is flying by fast and before you know it we will be ringing in the year 2015! Crazy huh? June was actually not that busy for me and I found myself caught up with my blogging work several times. Finally I've been able to catch up on some tv shows on my DVR and most importantly, catch up on some much needed rest. June was another successful month of earnings for me. I always amaze myself how much I've been earning lately. I'm still at awe at how far I've gone with blogging and the amazing people and brands I get to meet. Blogging has been the best way for me to express myself, even if I didn't earn anything from it, I just like that people actually cares about what I talk about and the bonds I make with them, truly rewarding! Well enough with my rambles, on with my June Earnings! May was tough, and when I say tough, I mean super busy! I was preparing for both of my daughters last days of school, attending blogger events, writing reviews for clients, advertising my other blog, and plus my full time job. I'm exhausted! But busting my butt has really paid off because my earnings has really been skyrocketing! If you're a blogger, never give up because you can truly make a full time income if you put the time and effort into it. You must love what you do in order to be successful. Although I'm working on getting more sponsored post to supplement my online income, affiliate marketing income will always be my main because it is passive. I put completing online surveys on the back burner except Pinecone Research because I'm way too busy to do them. Part of my goal this year was to complete online surveys and not cash out until the end of the year to use the money for Christmas shopping. Hopefully I could get back to doing them soon since I've started outsourcing some of my work to help me free up some of my work load. Here are my totals for May: Boy has the month of April been busy for me! I've been so busy with ProductReviewMom.com that I've been neglecting this blog a lot. I'll be honest, I've fell out of love with EarningFreeMoney.com. It is like I've run out of things to talk about here and it just doesn't offer me all the great opportunities I get from ProductReviewMom.com. All my money I'm earning now is coming from my ProductReviewMom.com blog and I need to switch focus to that blog for now on. I've decided to use this blog as a income diary that I will each month discuss my monthly totals. I hope you understand where I'm coming from and start visiting me on my other blog as well. I did really well with my online earnings for the month of April. My income totals does not show the full amount because Pathera Network is behind on payments with their new system and only paid me the money I earned in the old system, so that means May totals should be looking really good for me. I can use all the extra money for my road trip in July. (Make sure to follow my other blog to see the places I go to on my trip) Here are my April totals: |
